Mark responded to my enquiry promptly and arranged to call out later that day. Within a short while he had diagnosed the problem and immediately set about sorting out both a cabling issue and re-aligning the aerial. Following a re-tuning of the tv and a check that the signal strength was much improved, he ensured that we had a full range of channels. He was efficient, courteous and clearly skilled in his work and his charge was very reasonable. I can commend him without reservation.
